I had the delightful experience of staying in a hotel with no hot water, no reception, and filthy facilities, but hey, the location was great!

Who needs cleanliness, hot water, or a responsive staff anyway? It's all part of the charm, right?

Great location near main square, easy access, big room with high ceilings, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, complimentary towels and coffee/tea, very clean throughout. Efficient communication, facilitated late check out at no extra cost.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our belongings. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the courtyard. We had everything we needed, including fresh towels and complimentary coffee and tea.

It was a great value for the money. Cons: Nothing to fault.

The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do. the staff were helpful and responsive, always available to assist us with any issues or requests. We were impressed with the spaciousness of the room, with high ceilings and a large window that let in plenty of natural light.

The key system was a bit inconvenient, as there weren't enough keys for everyone in our room. Communication with the receptionist was difficult at times, as their English was limited.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel. the communication with the receptionist was difficult due to their limited English proficiency, which made it challenging to convey any concerns or requests.

I recently stayed at a great little hotel in Krakow. It was excellent value for money and the room was really spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure my check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at West13 Guest Rooms for a short visit to the city. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check-in early and leave my luggage before departure. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the railway and bus station. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. Additionally, the room was even better than depicted in the photos. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
